Catching up

I've been on sabbatical. Not the kind of sabbatical where I get to go to foreign lands or tropical vacations...the kind where I get to pick up dirty socks, carpool to second grade, and have dance parties in the kitchen.

I'd say it's pretty much awesome.

I've been doing photography jobs here and then and slowly easing back into taking pictures. Just a quick recap, here are my pics from 2017.

There are family pictures, senior pictures, family reunion, couples, baptism, product photography, missionary pictures, and so on. Enjoy!

Have you ever seen a family with kids that all got along and genuinely liked each other? (Not just loved each other, since that's almost required of siblings.) 

I have.

In fact, I had the great pleasure of taking their pictures.

Meet the M Family. 

And this just had to be shared with the world. It's the best "silly face" picture I've ever taken. I said, "Ok, silly face picture." I put my camera to my eye and this epicness happened.

This gorgeous family has six kids in all different ages. I had the pleasure of taking their pictures in a few different sessions over the course of a few weeks. 

Seriously, look at them.

 

I can't wait until I get to take their pictures again in the spring! (Their mom promised me I'd get to.)

And since 'tis the season, here is another Senior starting his last year of high school.

Can't wait to take more pictures of these kids. And their parents, of course. :)
